Licq message popup

When user is in the process of typing of some message it is a good idea not to pop up the message from the different user in the different window over that one.

Would be better if the other incoming message will stay behind the current one. At least to have the option for that in settings.

Reason: if to use LICQ extensively and send/receive a lot of messages sometimes user does not look @ the message and part of it maybe typed into the other user's window and then sent to the wrong user.

This actually happened inadvertently couple of times.
