LICQ 1.0 can't accept incoming random-chats. All errors are like this: 

11:41:10: [TCP] Connection from new user (xxxxxxx) [v6].
11:41:10: [UDP] Ack (#27247).
11:41:10: [???] Unknown TCP message type (03ee):
<hex-dump>, last words are 'ndom user.'

11:41:10: [TCP] Closing connection to xxxxxxx.
