licq chat inkompatible to win icq 2000 4.55

Hi !

I have make a multipart chat with one licq user and one win user he has 2000b 4.55.

if he make a "beep" or a other feature from the win icq version, i get the error "invalid commander from chatmanager"

I get a different error: the client hangs when I attempt to initiate a chat with a win ICQ user.

When a friend using Win. ICQ sends me a message, it kicks my LICQ offline, and when I try to send a message back, it has to go through the server.
