Crash when "Tool Tip" opens

Description

When I hover the mouse over a user, a Tool Tip (ala Windows verse, since I'm relatively new to Linux), pops up but does not display correctly. This will either cause LICQ to totally crap out, or just freeze (although I am able to iconify it, but NOT close it).

Any suggestions?
