No ICQ servers responding to Licq

Description

I am getting network connection errors, this is answered on the homepage as some icq servers only allowing icq2k (probably because of ads)

I cannot find a working server to connect to, could someone please post a working server and port?

I use the standard icq server and everything works fine. icq.mirabilis.com Default server port: 4000
