licq freezes when sending an antorizatio

When you reply to an authorization request, licq freezes completely and does not send the authorization.

I was just about to report about the same problem. I got some debugging info about it (from the console whos running licq).

licq: error while loading shared libraries: /usr/lib/licq/licq_qt-gui.so: undefined symbol: icqAuthorizeGrant10CICQDaemonUlPCc

by the error, it seems like its a problem in the qt plugin and not in the base of the licq.
