Select all shortcut

Description

Would be nice to have Ctrl+A bound to "Select all" in the message window. Sure Ctrl+Shift+Home works, but Ctrl+A is pretty standard for this purpose.

Ctrl+A is default for home under certain environments. But it works as select all if you use the kde-gui plugin and have set KDE behaviour to be Windows-like. Qt acts in a UNIX/Emacs compatible mode by default I think. So I don't think we should make Ctrl+A select all by default, since many people on UNIX are used to have Ctrl+A act like Home under Windows. With KDE you can configure this behavior for all applications in the same way, using the control center. There you can select your interface policy to be UNIX, Windows or something custom. Forcing it to be only one way would be inconsistent.
