message formatting in message window

Now that the hole internet knows some wiki formatting rules, it would be very cool to have some formatting styles in licq. I preffer the trac style, because its very unintrusive and looks also (somehow) good when not parsed. A subset of these rules should suffice:

• Font Styles
• Preformatted Text
• Discussion Citations
• Lists
• Headings (maybe)

Hey... I really liked your idea when seeing first, but explain me, where would be the sense of all that? Do you mean formatting in messages? Well, when I send a message to someone I just don't want to think about if he is using licq...

While writing I got another idea... did you meant that licq should convert these format-tags to the icq-stylish code? Then I think your idea is great... I think a more detailed description would be really helpful!
