SSL negotiation against micq fails

Description

After some improvements on micq, the recent micq CVS snapshot (based on 0.5.4) fails in SSL encrypted communication with licq 1.3.4/SSL. The problem is described in detail on the micq mailing list: http://micq.org/pipermail/micq-list/2007-June/001550.html

The patch only solves half the problem.

Creating an SSL connection from licq to micq works now. Doing it the other way around, creating an SSL connection from micq to licq, still crashes with the same message.

We tested again today with licq 1.3.5 and climm (former micq), it seems to work now, except the reverse connection (both behind a router) can only be initiated by the licq client.
