Description
SUSE 10.2 licq 1.3.4/SSL system locale UTF-8 licq locale setting cp1251 russian text nice work everywere, exclude nicknames in cp1251. this nicknames dispayed as some squares. when i try to update nick info, i get error "Error encoding ([][][][][][][][][][][]) to UCS-2BE from (unsupported conversion)"
