MSN plugin keeps connecting to a contact every minute

Looking in the network log I see licq connecting to an msn contact every minute:

When I saw this it had been going on for over two hours. It is just one contact this is happening with and I haven't had a conversation with him for over two years now. I'm guessing he's using trillian but I don't know for sure.
