ICQ-Server-Port gets overridden when re-opening config-window

Description

If a proxy is setup the ICQ-Server-Port gets changed to a default port that is normally associated with the proxy. This port can at first be changed manually and it is saved and used correctly.

If the settings-dialog is opened again (on any tab) the port gets silently (also visually but you might not notice it when working at other tabs) readjusted to the default (breaking the connection at the next offline/online-cycle).

I cannot reproduce this with latest dev version. Could you please check if problem still exists with 1.3.5 or latest version for svn?

Fixed for both qt-gui and qt4-gui in r6490. Fault was caused by "Enable Proxy" setting being set after server port causing it to reset server port to default value.
