I believe we have addressed to this issue already. Could you please try the latest development version?

Do I have to unistall the old packages first (normal or complete)? before installing qt-x11-opensource-src-4.3.3 ??

The backtraces you posted say that you use qt-gui (as opposed to qt4-gui), which means that you don't need to install Qt4 to run it.

What I meant was just upgrading the licq version. And yes, it's wise to uninstall your current version before installing the devel one.

With the lastest Licq version (downloaded licq-daily) this problem is solved :D. But I got the following messages in the terminal (with 1.3.5 I got the same messages):

gerd@gerd-desktop:~$ licq
X Error: BadDevice, invalid or uninitialized input device 169
  Major opcode: 147
  Minor opcode: 3
  Resource id: 0x0
Failed to open device
