All dates should be displayed with the year

Description

When I am looking for example at the 'Last Online' for some user I see 'Mon Apr 17 06:45', but this was actually few years back, not this year.

Please always display year with all dates in Licq.

This has already been fixed in dev version (future 1.3.6). r5849 for qt4-gui and r5852 for qt-gui.
