does not handle deleted history file

once i had the following situation: i could not launch licq with qt or kde gui -- only in console. i could not find the cause, but instead, i deleted history files. now, each time i am about to send or receive a message, i am noted that appropriate history file is deleted,

you delete the ~/.licq/history directory. please recreate it and everything will work fine. thomas

With r6177, Licq will try to mkdir the history directory before writing a history file in it.
