Does not remember window position

LICQ does not remember its window position correctly when used with Window Maker. I place it in the upper right corner. When I re-launch it, that position is not restored, instead if is placed about 25 pixels vertically and horizontally from it.

This used to work fine with the GTK+LICQ UI plug-in.

No, it does not happen anymore. It seems to be fixed.

This still happens in latest svn with both qt-gui and qt4-gui. The offset from saved position seems to be the same size as the title bar and window frame. For me I normally have the window in the upper left corner and it always starts 20-30 pixels lower and 2-3 pixel right of the corner postition.

The fix should be added to qt3-gui as well. Reopening so that we wont forget...
