Description

It makes no difference if I uncheck 'I can recieve connections'. People still report delays in sending via the server from ICQ's client. Their client waits about 20 seconds (I think it is trying to contact my client directly) then sends their message through the ICQ server. If I use ICQ's client instead of Licq they have no delay sending.
