licq sometimes hangs when receiving a message

Some times, when I receive a message, the program hangs and returns this:

If it serves, here is what I use: Debian 3.0, QT 3.1.1 compiled by me, Kernel 2.4.20 compiled by me. Here's how I compiled the QT: ./configure -qt-gif -thread

This was needed by bbconf, because I use BlackBox.
