Feature request: read message command

Description

I'd like to have some way to be able use the keyboard to open the messages in order they are recieved, even if licq isn't in focus. My idea is that I could either let my window manager fetch a key sequence and then execute a command that makes licq open the message [and put the message window in focus]. Or of there could be some way to make licq fetch the key sequence even if the program is not in focus (I am not an X-programmer so I don't really know what's possible).

If your WM is KDE you can write a bash script that will use the LICQ_FIFO to open a message. Then you can map this key to call the script and pop up new messages. I use F12 to display messages in KDE.
