Richt-text-messages are not parsed when sent direct

Description
As I've postet on the mailing-list: The lastest cvs-snapshot (20040915) does not parse rich-text-messages when they are sent direct. If it is sent through server it is displayed correctly. I've experienced this behaviour when receiving direct messages from Triallian and ICQ2003b users. I've attached the packages. First one was sent through server - a simple "ja" is displayed, second one was sent directly, displaying: { tf1ansiansicpg1252deff0deflang1031{fonttbl{f0fnilfcharset0 MS Sans Serif;}} {colortbl ; ed21green43lue77;} viewkind4uc1pardcf1f0fs22 dann is ja eh ned wildpar }
Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Receive a message in richtext, sent directly to you Actual Results: Unparsed richtext is displayed Expected Results: Message without the richtext-tags, like the messages that passed the server

As this behaviour was confirmed by Genady Okrain on the mailing-list I'm considering it as a bug.
