qt-plugin don't use default encoding

I am using iso-8859-2 as a system encoding. most people in my contact list use cp1250 as their encoding in nicknames and messages. When I set cp1250 as a default encoding and then check the setting in users' message window, there is selected iso-8859-2. in file ~/.licq/users/UIN.Licq is this line: UserEncoding? = messages are bad encoded. When I selected manually cp1250 for every user, it works good and messages are encoded correctly. I'm using qt-x11-free-3.3.3, and licq-20041104 cvs daily snapshot.

The default encoding will only affect a user when they are added. This how it was designed to work, so I wont' consider it a bug. Before it didn't work properly, but now it does with new users (as I said, that is a design decision).
