an AIM buddy cannot get notified

Description

If I add an AIM buddy and check to notify that buddy...what really happens is that I will see that buddy when he/she is online but they never get notified. ALso, when I initiate the chat they see only my ICQ number and not the alias.

Perhaps this is still a conflict between AIM and ICQ.

what do you mean by "check to notify?" Are you talking about the Online Notify list?
