Description

SSL connection state is not updated correctly. Example:

1) initialize SSL connection with a contact 2) SSL icon still appears after the contact has gone _real_ offline. 3) sending messages to this contact causes the "SSL not possible over server" warning to pop up every time, which is annoying.

This also happens with people with flaky connections. After a direct connection dies, SSL state is still "established", which is not possible.
