File Receiving does not work, direct connections do not work

Reported by: nobody Owned by: emostar
Priority: highest Milestone:
Component: file transfer Version: devel

Description

I can send files, but not receive... when someone tries to send, it pops up the window and also where to save it, then it just "hangs" there and transfers nothing: 06:02:46: [TCP] Connection from xxxxx (123456789) [v8]. 06:02:47: [TCP] xxxxx (123456789) is (Online) to us. 06:02:47: [TCP] File transfer request from xxxxx (123456789). 06:02:49: [TCP] Local TCP server started on port 2001. 06:02:49: [TCP] Accepting file transfer from xxxxx (#3). Then I choose location, click ok, and nothing happens, no transfer.

I noticed as well I can send files and chat requests via server, but not directly.

All symptoms look as if a mapping on my firewall would be faulty, but after installing CVS from Apr 15th, everything works fine. It stopped working sometime between Apr 16 and Jun 13.

Tried today the CVS with exactly the same result. Installed the old one again - works.

This is working for Miranda as a remote client. Still needs somethign fixed to work with ICQ5. Will take a look at it some more when I get a chance.

This is fixed in the latest CVS version of Licq. It will be included in the next release, or you may use the CVS version. Read http://www.licq.org/daily.php
