invisible mode broken?

In invisible mode LICQ seems to be offline for other users, also for users on invisible list. If I remove them from this list and add new, then all is ok. I can confirm this. I started in invisible mode and other users doesn't see me online. Only if I remove a user from invisible list and add new then its seems ok. I have received a packet dump and will investigate why the server is responding with an error message instead of accepting out invisible status. For me, it works without any problems though...
