Description

Autoresponce message in the settings - status page don't display correctly after saving if locale != messages charset. Another icq clients display responce messages from me with the ? chars too.

I use: Locale: ru_RU.KOI8-R Messages charset: CP1251 (with specific belarussian chars) Messages language: Belarussian
