Licq forgets my UIN

Description

Whenever I restart LICQ it forgets my UIN. When I go to System Functions - Owner Manager there is a 0 instead of my UIN. Therefore LICQ can't log on. I have to fill in my UIN again, then everything is working. I'm having Version 1.3.0 running Ubuntu. I couldn't manage to install the latest version yet, sorry for that.

When Licq is successfully closed it saves the UIN. Can you run Licq from an xterm, enter your UIN, and exit Licq? Does it show any error messages on the xterm?
