ICQ Protocol
This page is for keeping track of the ICQ Protocol and any changes that are done to it. I find with a new version release from AOL, the protocol slightly changes so it is good to have a history of the protocol. It should make changes and integration of other parts more easier.
This won't be a place to learn the ICQ Protocol. It requires a basic knowledge of how the packets are put together and some terminology.
